Typical Alsatian house of the XVIIIth century. You are in Kintzheim in Central Alsace on the road of the wines, of the castle Haut Koenigsbourg, of the animal parks: Mountain of the monkeys, Flight of the eagles, Park of the storks.
The region
Kintzheim is famous for its hilly landscapes, its renowned vineyards and its picturesque villages. Kintzheim is home to the famous Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, a medieval fortress that dominates the town from a steep hill, as well as a nature reserve where a wide variety of flora and fauna can be observed. Visitors can also explore the historic village, with its cobblestone streets and traditional half-timbered houses.
